All foam molding and fabrication operations are conducted in Janco, Inc.’s spacious manufacturing facility Our site is equipped with five CNC (computer numerically controlled) machining centers, over thirty forming stations utilizing a combination of pneumatic and hydraulic presses with platten sizes up to 30" x 60", over a dozen bridgeports, two multi-head milling machines capable of complete mode and tool design through test and assembly.
Specialty foam molding is conducted in our ISO 14644- 1 ISO Class 8 cleanroom.

Foam molding:
Compression molding: One of Janco, Inc.’s signature foam molding techniques offers versatility of part design and exceptional surface detail with little material waste and low finishing costs for high-volume production. Multiple materials can be combined along with fabrics and leathers for finished product appearance.
Extrusion: This foam molding technique is ideal for rapid production of complex profile shapes to which coatings or jacketing to core materials can be applied.

Automated F&K Skiving: Is a high-speed process for precision splitting and converting foam and flexible rubber plank or bun stalk materials into sheet form for further fabrication and process.
Assembly and packaging: As a final step in the foam molding and fabrication process, Janco Inc. offers custom assembly and packaging services utilizing your package design or custom poly bags for point of purchase packaging.
