Our customers can rest assured that their medical devices slated for medical kitting are handled in a controlled environment. Our medical kitting process is approached with the strictest attention to detail. The process involves the following:
- The consigned device is inspected for quantity, cleanliness, and any obvious damage
- The medical devices are moved to an assigned quarantine cabinet where they await release to production and packaging
- All necessary components for kitting are released—including trays, cartons, labels, boxes, and whatever else is needed. This is an important step in our quality control process. If 100 medical devices are to be packaged, we only release the necessary amount of packaging to complete the 100 devices.
