New Hampshire Company Advances the RF Sealing Process to Benefit a Variety of High Performance Medical Products
Janco Incorporated, a New Hampshire provider of RF Sealing and Medical Packaging has recently announced an initiative process to provide higher levels of precision in RF sealing for critical medical components.

According to company spokesman Phil Killer, “Janco has been a provider of high quality RF sealing for medical products for years now, and it only make sense that we work to make the process better.” Killer continues, “Our RF sealing services provide medical customers with materials selection assistance, design, engineering services, and some of the newest equipment for radio frequency sealing.” Killer explains that it is all of these factors that, “contribute to an innovation of the technology that [Janco Incorporated] feels significantly contributes to better medical products for healthcare professionals and, ultimately their patients.”
RF sealing is frequently used when two or more pieces of plastic need to be joined together so they overlap. Unlike heat sealing – RF sealing can be done much faster, and as Killer explains, “This drastically increases the production rate for RF sealing projects, which allows us to heat materials faster, come off the machine sooner, and allow us to do additional machining without having to wait.”
Janco has presented their innovation of radio frequency sealing at a variety of national trade shows on a number of occasions. They will again showcase their combination of industry experience and thermoforming expertise in expositions to be announced in the future.
