RF sealing is frequently used when two or more pieces of plastic need to be joined together so they overlap. Unlike heat sealing – RF sealing can be done much faster, and as Killer explains, "This drastically increases the production rate for RF sealing projects, which allows us to heat materials faster, come off the machine sooner, and allow us to do additional machining without having to wait."
