Medical CNC Milling

Customization, precision, and quality for all of your medical manufacturing projects.

Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Miling is a machining process used by our in-house team to produce a part or product that’s customized through the initial design phase.

Using innovative computerized controls and rotating multi-point cutting, you get the precision you rely on for medical projects with a level of creative input that ensures your product is aligned with your unique vision.

Our CNC Milling capabilities are used to machine aluminum to create molds needed for a range of medical manufacturing projects, from trays and blister packs to medical devices. All projects are carried out in our state-of-the-art machine shop, using new 3 and 4 axis milling machines.

To start, our team gets to know your needs and vision so that we can assess your plans for manufacturability and make suggestions that will add value to the end result. Using aluminum for molds allows for rapid prototyping before mass production, which is ideal for projects with a high level of customization and design input.

Once your mold is created, we typically move on to compression molding, thermoforming, or vacuum forming to complete your project in one of our class 7 or 8 ISO-certified cleanrooms.

Take advantage of Janco’s state-of-the-art facilities for your next CNC Milling project.
