Cleanroom Manufacturing
Our team utilizes six ISO-certified cleanrooms to meet the standards and regulations associated with manufacturing for medical devices and packaging. Our latest cleanroom, dubbed in-house as “The Foam Center of Excellence”, boasts the largest capabilities in the industry, able to machine parts as large as 30” by 60”.
Used to keep pollutants, particles, and other contaminants from compromising the sterility of your product, our cleanrooms ensure the quality of your product packaging is never compromised.
Our engineering team starts by assessing your needs, design specs, and timeline to determine the most effective ways to add value to your product. We work with you every step of the way, from design and material selection to labeling, right up until your product is ready to launch.
Working in one of our state-of-the-art cleanrooms, our engineers use large ovens to prep materials for the compression molding process, where we create 3D contours and objects from foam, plastic, fabric, and composite materials. With the capability to mold large, intricate parts with minimal waste, you get high-quality packaging without high costs.
