Cleanroom Manufacturing
Your product is manufactured in our new ISO-certified class 8 cleanroom. You can have peace of mind knowing that our cleanroom process ensures products won’t be compromised by particulates or other airborne contaminants.
Depending on your application, our team uses either RF sealing or RF welding capabilities to encapsulate a product or device using medical-grade materials. In some cases, both capabilities are used throughout the process.
RF sealing is used to bond two layers of material together by using radio frequency (RF) energy. Our RF welding machines use a pneumatic press to clamp top and bottom molds where the material is compressed and heated in the RF field.
Our heat sealing services are used to create quality products and packaging for critical medical applications, including:
