- Closed-cell polyethylene foam is used for athletic wear, case inserts, padding, and insoles. The preferred brands we use are Zotefoam and Volara.
- Open-cell polyurethane foam is used for case liner inserts and other packaging.
- TPO Foams (thermoplastic olefins) are used for padding in computer and electronic device packaging and packaging of delicate products and components.

- Non-cross linked: A popular choice for protecting larger, heavier objects because it is impervious to moisture, has good insulation qualities, is shock absorbing, tough and cost-effective.
